ps This is my second sick day ;( I woke yesterday morning with my head unable to move and neck spasms sending stabbing pain into my head. So far the pain killers are not working ;(

Did you go to the doctor for the neck pains and spasms? They may give you something to ease the pain. If not try green tea and IBprofrin. I hope that you feel better. *HUGS*

I had 2 different pain killers and neither worked. I am a lot better now! Still stiff with a stabby pain from time to time but it's going to go away ;)
